Опитування для МСП та стартапів у межах незалежної оцінки проєкту DT4SME (Survey for SMEs and Start-ups within the Independent Evaluation of the DT4SME Project)

Наші партнери проводять незалежну оцінку проєкту “Digital Transformation of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in Eastern Partnership Countries”, що реалізується за підтримки GIZ.
У межах цієї оцінки запрошуємо МСП та стартапи, які користувалися послугами POLIDIH або брали участь у заходах, консультаціях, навчанні чи інших активностях хабу, пройти коротке опитування.
Мета опитування — зібрати зворотний зв’язок від підприємств-бенефіціарів, які безпосередньо взаємодіяли з EDIH/POLIDIH та отримували підтримку в межах цифрової трансформації бізнесу.

Dear representatives of SMEs and start-ups

Our partners are conducting an independent evaluation of the project “Digital Transformation of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in Eastern Partnership Countries”, supported by GIZ.
As part of this evaluation, SMEs and start-ups that have benefited from POLIDIH services or participated in the hub’s activities, consultations, trainings or other forms of support are invited to complete a short survey.
The purpose of the survey is to collect feedback from beneficiary enterprises that have directly engaged with EDIH/POLIDIH and received support related to business digital transformation.

External evaluators are conducting an independent evaluation of the project “Digital Transformation of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in Eastern Partnership Countries”. This evaluation is part of GIZ’s central project evaluation system. It aims to support learning and accountability and provide evidence for decision-making.
The submitted answers are anonymous.
Respondents may use their web browser’s built-in translation function if they prefer to complete the survey in Ukrainian.
