Upon completion of the project courses at all faculties of Polissia National University, May 09, 2024, certificates were awarded to the students who successfully mastered the peculiarities of the formation of the European inclusive economy and social inclusion in the context of equal opportunities policy, got acquainted with the institutional framework and programs to support rural development in the EU, and immersed themselves in the practice of forming and implementing a common agricultural policy, developing the bioeconomy, etc.
The presentation of the certificates by the rector was a landmark event for all the representatives of the second cohort of the project’s courses students, that testified to the expansion of the Erasmus community at Polissia National University.
May 09, 2024. As part of the celebration of Europe Day, Polissia National University hosted an online bridge “Youth as an Agent of Change: Dialogue between City and Village”. The discussions were focused on the role of youth in the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals; differences and common future of rural and urban youth; and support for youth initiatives in Ukraine and the EU. The format of the event, the atmosphere of the location, interesting and diverse reports and presentations, and lively discussions created a unique atmosphere and mood for the participants, which allowed them to make a significant contribution to the implementation of one of the key objectives of the project – mainstreaming EU best practices in implementing rural development policy through building the potential of civil society around the idea of inclusiveness.
