Project activities are implemented by participants of the consortium, which includes higher education institutions of Ukraine and other countries, and the Professional Network of Research and HE Managers in Ukraine, namely:

	Polissia National University is a center of modern multidisciplinary education, science, and upbringing in Ukraine. It was founded in 1922 as an agricultural college. The university offers 26 bachelor’s, 21 master’s, 10 PhD, and 4 doctoral programs. The scientific work of Polissia National University is focused on fundamental and applied research in agricultural sciences and veterinary medicine, social sciences, technical sciences, mathematics, and natural sciences. The university’s educational and scientific activities are based on the integration of high ethical standards and principles of sustainable development. Within the strategic directions of the Sustainable Development Policy, the university implements measures to reduce negative environmental impact, ensure equal rights for women and men, and promote social cohesion and security for university employees and students.
	The Hague University of Applied Sciences (Netherlands) specializes in professional training, offering more than 40 bachelor’s and master’s programs that include mandatory internships for practical experience. The university consists of faculties, research groups, and service departments. The university has nearly 25,000 students from over 125 different countries. With more than 300 exchange partners worldwide, The Hague University of Applied Sciences offers a rich interpretation of the theme of internationalization.
	IDEA Academy (Malta) is a leading modern educational institution that provides a full range of educational services in higher and continuing education in accordance with the concept of lifelong learning. The academy bases its activities on the University 4.0 model by integrating educational, scientific, and innovative activities based on a digital environment and active interaction with the economy and society.
	Lubelska Akademia WSEI (Poland) is one of the largest non-public universities in Poland (with a branch in Warsaw since 2022). The university offers educational programs in various academic disciplines. With 40,000 graduates (2023), this nationally recognized university demonstrates a commitment to partnering with EU organizations and institutions to support education, training, and research. The university’s educational offerings are constantly changing in line with labor market demand.
	For more than two decades, Danubius University (DU) in Sládkovičovo has been working in the sphere of higher education in Slovakia. DU is an institution that values a collegiate, highly professional approach. In the educational process, state-of-the-art teaching methods are used, which are supported by current scientific and technological advances. The high quality of education at DU also demonstrates a diverse range of opportunities for study abroad through programs like Erasmus +. Our institution engages in extensive international collaboration and prepares students for the potential of earning dual diplomas while studying abroad.
	Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University is one of the leaders in education and science in Ukraine. The university has a license to provide educational services for training bachelors in 61 specialties and masters in 93 specialties. The university is actively involved in international activities and has more than 60 agreements with foreign educational institutions, research and other organizations.
	Chernihiv Polytechnic National University is a modern higher education institution whose activities are aimed at developing society through education and scientific research in order to foster leadership and solve global problems in a changing world. The university trains 7,500 students. The university has seven educational and scientific institutes and two colleges. The university’s international activities are carried out through participation in international programs and projects, including international mobility for students and teachers.
	Higher Educational Institution Podillia State University is a multidisciplinary higher education institution that conducts innovative educational activities at the higher education level, conducts fundamental and applied scientific research, promotes the dissemination of scientific knowledge, and conducts cultural and educational activities. The university has four faculties that offer 22 bachelor’s and 19 master’s degree programs.
	West Ukrainian National University is a classical university in Ternopil, an elite and modern higher education institution. In 2024, university ranked 14th among 200 universities in Ukraine in the rating of “200 Best Higher Education Institutions of Ukraine” and 14th among 239 universities in the consolidated rating of Ukraine. The educational, professional, scientific, and research programs of the university’s faculties and institutes are aimed at helping students obtain higher education degrees: “Junior Bachelor” (14 specialties), ‘Bachelor’ (46 specialties), “Master” (35 specialties), Doctor of Philosophy (22 specialties), Doctor of Science (14 specialties).
	Professional Network of Research and HE Managers in Ukraine – is a non-governmental organization created to unite managers of higher education and science from different regions of Ukraine in order to effectively cooperate, realize educational and scientific potential, and establish interaction between national and international networks. The NGO’s areas of activity include: developing managers’ personal competencies; grant activities and international networking; higher education and research; innovation and technology transfer; scientific communication; and management of displaced universities.
