The process of implementation the Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Module “European Case of Inclusive Rural Development Policy: A Roadmap for Ukraine”
The process of implementation the Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Module “European Case of Inclusive Rural Development Policy: A Roadmap for Ukraine” project ensured the integration of the efforts of all target groups of participants (lecturers and course participants, community leaders and representatives of local authorities, etc.), contributed to the establishment of partnerships and served as a communicative platform for interaction aimed at solving the problems of inclusive development of rural areas of Ukraine on the basis of European experience. The main lessons from the experience of project implementation were reflected in a number of scientific papers and summarized in the following practice-oriented methodological publications:
- “EU Initiatives for inclusive, “smart” and sustainable sural development: a simple guide” – the publication summarizes the features of the formation and implementation of the EU rural development policy on the basis of inclusiveness. The features of the formation of the European inclusive economy are revealed, the institutional matrix and the European approach to programming rural development policy are reflected, its interconnection and contradictions with the EU CAP are reflected. The role of social inclusion in ensuring equal opportunities, etc. is reflected. The guide is recommended for the scientific community, leaders, administrators, business representatives, territorial communities, managers of all levels, higher education students and other interested persons.
- “[IRD]2 Inclusive rural development: integration, responsibility, democracy: monograph” – the scientific work reveals theoretical and methodological approaches and practical features of the formation and implementation of the EU rural development policy on the basis of inclusiveness. The role of business technologies and innovations, the digitalization process in ensuring sustainable rural growth is analyzed. The social vision of the development of rural areas in the context of EU political initiatives is conceptualized, the experience of implementing which can serve as the basis for strategic planning of the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine. The publication is recommended for representatives of the academic environment, education seekers, business, territorial communities and government bodies, and other interested persons.
